Earthingkart Solutions Pvt Ltd has announced its entry into luxury, sustainable hospitality, unveiling plans to develop a signature collection of eco-conscious homestays in Sakleshpur (Karnataka) and Amalgudu (Andhra Pradesh), with the first properties slated to open by December 2026 following board approval earlier this month.

Best known for electrical earthing and lightning protection systems, Bengaluru-headquartered Earthingkart is leveraging its engineering expertise to enter the growing slow‑travel and experiential tourism market. The move extends the company’s long-standing emphasis on safety and durable engineering to the domain of wellness and nature‑based hospitality.
Founder and Director Natwar Loyalka said the firm intends to translate its “grounded safety” philosophy into environments that prioritise guest wellbeing and reconnection with nature, offering an alternative to urban, digitally intense lifestyles.
Locations and concept
Two sites on the Deccan Plateau were selected to reflect regional character and biodiversity:
- Sakleshpur, Karnataka: Located in the Western Ghats, the Sakleshpur retreat will focus on eco‑agro tourism and coffee‑estate experiences, combining conservation‑sensitive design with local agrarian traditions.
- Amalgudu, Andhra Pradesh: The Amalgudu property will showcase rural Andhra architecture fused with contemporary sustainable design to deliver a serene luxury stay aimed at high‑end domestic and international travellers.
Sustainability and community engagement
Earthingkart says sustainability will be integral to both developments, reflecting the company’s engineering and safety DNA. Planned measures include the use of low‑carbon construction materials, on‑site renewable energy systems, advanced safety and electrical compliance, and employment initiatives to generate local livelihoods in emerging tourism corridors.
