Top Industry Leaders to Judge Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026, Highlighting Creative Excellence

Two established creative firms have joined the panel for Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026, reinforcing support for emerging performers and promising professional mentorship to help participants reach national audiences.

Industry leaders join jury to scout new talent

Tathaastu Productions and ED Innova have announced their participation as jury members for Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026. The decision reflects both organisations’ ongoing focus on talent identification, development and mainstream exposure for young artists.

Tathaastu Productions: decades of industry experience

Bharat Oza, director of Tathaastu Productions, said his company was founded to offer opportunities and guidance to fresh talent. “I have been part of this industry for decades. We started Tathaastu Productions to provide new talent with opportunities and the right guidance,” he said, adding that the team looks forward to evaluating and learning from contestants.

ED Innova: nurturing creative visions

Susmita, founder of ED Innova, said the organisation has a track record of helping individuals realise creative projects. On joining the Rajasthan Talent Utsav jury, she committed her team to the selection process and expressed confidence in the calibre of finalists. “When Cutting Chai shared their concept with us, I immediately agreed that my team and I are ready to be part of this journey to discover India’s outstanding talent,” she said, noting that the top 50 participants are expected to stand out.

Platform aims to bridge talent and opportunity

Organisers described Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026 as more than a contest: a national platform designed to recognise, guide and showcase emerging artists. The involvement of production and talent-management outfits such as Tathaastu and ED Innova is intended to raise selection standards and provide participants with mentorship, industry feedback and potential pathways into professional projects.

Rajasthan Talent Utsav has previously attracted regional performers across music, dance and theatre; this year’s wider industry participation suggests organisers are aiming for greater visibility and stronger linkages between grassroots talent and established creative networks.
